As a nonprofit organization, PCF approaches migration through a development lens. At the same time, we believe that communities should be equipped with the opportunities, resources, and support systems necessary to enable people to thrive where they are. Our goal is not to discourage migration, but rather to help create conditions in which migration is a choice rather than an economic necessity.
