Our Foundation

Africa is home to the world’s youngest population and holds immense potential for economic growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Yet millions of young people and women continue to face barriers to meaningful economic participation, including unemployment, limited access to finance, inadequate business support services, social exclusion, and restricted market opportunities. These challenges contribute to persistent poverty, inequality, economic vulnerability, and irregular migration, undermining both individual prosperity and sustainable community development.

Prime Corporation Foundation (PCF) was established to address these challenges by empowering youth, women, and underserved communities to become drivers of inclusive and sustainable economic transformation. We believe that lasting development is achieved when individuals are equipped with the skills, resources, opportunities, and support systems needed to build sustainable livelihoods, create enterprises, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Our work is guided by the belief that entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic inclusion are powerful catalysts for poverty reduction, job creation, resilience,Irregular Migration and social progress. Through strategic partnerships with Nonprofit organizations, Philanthropists, development agencies, academic institutions, private sector actors and local communities, we create pathways for economic empowerment that generate lasting impact.

To achieve this vision, PCF implements seven integrated programme areas: Entrepreneurship and Skills Development; Youth and Women Economic Empowerment; Access to Capital and Financial Inclusion; Climate-Smart Enterprise Development; Innovation Promotion; Mentorship and Business Networks; and Economic System Transformation and Addressing the Drivers of Irregular Migration. Together, these programmes strengthen human capital, expand economic opportunities, promote sustainable livelihoods, foster innovation, and build resilient local economies capable of creating inclusive prosperity.

Our approach is anchored in a strong set of values. We are committed to Empowerment by unlocking human potential through knowledge, skills, resources, and opportunities that promote self-reliance and economic independence. We embrace Collaboration and Co-Creation, recognizing that sustainable development is achieved through meaningful partnerships and collective action. We champion Inclusion and Equity, ensuring that youth, women, refugees, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups have equitable access to opportunities and participation.

We foster Innovation and Excellence by promoting creativity, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement in all our interventions. Through Strategic Listening, we place communities at the center of development, ensuring that our programmes respond to local needs and aspirations. We prioritize Sustainability and Resilience by creating long-term economic, social, and environmental value while strengthening communities’ capacity to adapt and thrive. Guided by Accountability and Integrity, we uphold the highest standards of transparency, ethical leadership, and responsible stewardship of resources. We also cultivate a culture of Respect, Dignity, and Professionalism, fostering trust, inclusivity, and constructive partnerships that advance sustainable development.

At PCF, we envision an Africa where empowered individuals build thriving enterprises, resilient communities drive their own development, and inclusive economic systems create opportunities for all. Through strategic investment in human potential, innovation, and partnerships, we are contributing to a future defined by opportunity, dignity, resilience, and sustainable prosperity.
