Mrs. Francine Mukasine currently serves as the Executive Director of Prime Corporation Foundation, providing visionary leadership and strategic oversight across the organization’s social impact initiatives. Before assuming this role, she held leadership positions in sales and marketing, including Senior Sales Representative at Got it & Terova and Sales and Marketing Manager at Sunripe, where she consistently delivered exceptional performance and business growth. Mrs. Mukasine holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Kigali, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mount Kigali University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from Akila Institute. Her academic background combined with extensive professional experience enables her to drive organizational strategy, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable growth. As Executive Director, she provides strategic leadership to achieve the Foundation’s mission and objectives through entrepreneurship, funding, mentorship, partnerships, governance, and operational excellence.
Mrs. Annick Umutore currently serves as the Director of Finance for Prime Corporation Group and Prime Corporation Foundation. Prior to this, she served as Senior Finance Officer at Activis Pharma Ltd and as an Account Receivable Accountant. Mrs. Umutore holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) and is a certified professional accountant by ACR. She oversees financial reporting, budget preparation, execution, allocation, and compliance while ensuring transparency, fairness, and excellence in financial management. Her expertise in institutional coordination and governance plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of Prime Corporation Foundation.
Mr. Michel Dukuzeyezu serves as the Industrial Coordinator of BIWE and previously held the position of Accountant at EMP Ltd. He holds a Master of Commerce as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and is also a certified trainer in Entrepreneurship and Transition to Work. He strongly believes in entrepreneurship development and emphasizes the importance of planning and developing strong business plans as key foundations for enterprise success. Mr. Dukuzeyezu is passionate about youth and women empowerment, job creation, wealth generation, and sustainable economic growth. With experience in strategic coordination and finance, he contributes to institutional excellence, governance, transparency, and the advancement of Prime Corporation Foundation’s mission.
Mr. Sibomana Placide currently serves as the Senior Business Development Manager at Prime Corporation Group and Prime Corporation Foundation. He previously worked as a Relationship Management Officer at Bank of Kigali, where he developed strong expertise in client relationship management, business growth, and strategic partnerships. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Tourism, Technology, and Business Studies (UTB), specializing in sales and long-term customer relationship management. Mr. Sibomana is passionate about entrepreneurship and youth and women empowerment, focusing on job creation, wealth generation, and sustainable economic growth. His expertise in sales, business development, and partnership building plays an important role in strengthening the Foundation’s impact and growth.
Dr. Theoneste Sikubwabo is a distinguished executive leader with profound expertise in strategic management, business development, corporate governance, and financial oversight. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Strategic Management, an MBA in Project Management, and certifications as a Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional and Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout his career, Dr. Sikubwabo has played a key role in advancing high-impact strategies across private and nonprofit sectors, leading financial innovation, organizational restructuring, governance reforms, and sustainable development initiatives. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Prime Corporation Foundation, he provides strategic direction, institutional oversight, and governance stewardship to ensure the Foundation delivers lasting impact. His leadership philosophy is anchored in innovation, ethical leadership, inclusion, and measurable transformation.
Dr. Ntihabose Aime Patrick serves as the Director General of Rutongo Hospital and previously held the position of Clinical Director at Butaro Hospital. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with specialization in Epidemiology from Mount Kigali University and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Rwanda. Beyond his medical background, Dr. Ntihabose is passionate about entrepreneurship and empowerment of youth and women as drivers of job creation, wealth generation, and sustainable economic growth. His strategic leadership experience and commitment to transparency, fairness, and service excellence contribute to the advancement of Prime Corporation Foundation’s mission.
Mr. Emmanuel Turatsunze serves as a Board Director of Prime Corporation Foundation. He contributes strategic guidance, governance oversight, and institutional support towards advancing the Foundation’s mission of empowering youth and women through entrepreneurship, skills development, and economic inclusion. His role supports the Foundation’s commitment to building sustainable systems, strengthening partnerships, and creating meaningful opportunities for communities.
